· Public records requirements regarding storage, retention, and destruction
· Public Records aspects of Police Internal Affairs and Personnel Files with emphasis on the cases of Worcester Telegram & Gazette v. Chief of Police of Worcester (2002) and Commonwealth v. Geraldo Cruz (2018)
· Public Records aspects of Show Cause Hearings with emphasis on the case of Boston Globe Media Partners. LLC v. Chief Justice of the Trial Court (2019)
· Public Records aspects of Booking Photos and Police Reports with emphasis on the case of Boston Globe v. Massachusetts State Police, et al (2020)
· Public Records aspects of District Attorneys’ databases with emphasis on the case of Maura Healey v. Timothy Cruz, et al (2020)
· Sex Offender basics of classification and registration relating to public records
· Review of Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) laws and regulations
· Access, dissemination, and potential liability of CORI disclosure
· Public Records under Police Reform
· Chapter 253 of the Acts of 2020 (passed 12/31/2020)
· Amendment to the Privacy Exemption (c.4 s.7 (c))
· Addition of the POST Database of Orders (c.6E s.30 (13))
