· We will discuss Liability – Negligence: your Duty, a Breach, a Harm Caused. Reasonable Expectation.
· HR Laws / Discipline Issues Under Massachusetts Law / Legal Do’s and Don’ts When Dealing With a Troubled/Problem/Sick Employee
