  • Co-worker and inter-agency Communication / Issues
  • Developing the team attitude and it’s benefits

·         Discussion on the most common discipline causes/issues – Paraphrasing, Address Confusion, Terminating Calls to Quickly

·         We will discuss Liability – Negligence: your Duty, a Breach, a Harm Caused.  Reasonable Expectation. 

·         HR Laws / Discipline Issues Under Massachusetts Law / Legal Do’s and Don’ts When Dealing With a Troubled/Problem/Sick Employee
