Registration will be at 9:00 a.m. and the seminar will run from 9:15 a.m. -1:00 p.m. followed by an ‘OUTSTANDING’ luncheon.

This seminar will incorporate a thorough presentation of many of the significant problems that exist with one of the most important positions within a police agency- The police prosecutor.

Ø What can be done to assist the ADA, criminal and motor vehicle appeals to the Magistrate (and then further to the judge),
